Description of Five Podcast

NPR : Ask Me Another (How To Be Black)
I think this podcast is like a show. This podcast use a very funny method make it alive. There are four guests chatting and playing something interesting with the audiences. The audiences enjoy the show and join their games and the songs. One of the hosts make songs at the show and play guitar. The third show, there is a popular guy join the show. The audiences laugh and applaud during the shows. It is fifty minutes long with three different shows. At the end of every shows, the hosts would give the audiences the next show's information. It makes the audiences look forward to the next show.

NPR : Climate Connection (Spain Runs Europe's First Commercial Solar Plant)
There are two speakers in the podcast,one is man and the other is woman. They dicuss something about solar plant. They tell the informations of solar power using the method like telling a story. They broadcast some voice files during their speaking to explain their idea. The speakers tell us how does the solar plant work and how will it influence our environment. They tell us the summary of that and then, it may induce the listener's notice. It is about four minutes and thirty seconds. I think it's enough and clear.

NPR : Pop Culture Happy Hour (Time Travel And The Right Way To Be Pushy)
There are one main host and three guests to discuss the topic. They chat during the podcast and share their experiences. The same thing, they would have different comments and ideas, they discuss and talk about their own point of view. They also give listeners some information we can search for the topic. They analyze some idea about the topic. It is a long podcast, it is almost forty-six minutes.

NPR : Planet Money (A Fomer Crack Dealer on The Economics of Drugs)
There is a host and a guest talk in the podcast. They chat and share experiences. They also broadcast a voice file and songs during the talk. They keep giving us real events and the time of happening. It makes the podcast more fun and  convincing. It is twenty minutes long.

Indiana Public Media : Earth Eats (Hot Chicks And Cold Chicks, Getting Creative With Booze )
There is only one host and one guest of this podcast. At the beginning of the podcast, they are talking about the real food and green living. They also broadcast some musics and some voice files to make it alive. The voice files are like a host outside to give a visit someone and record something important of the topic. Then, the outside-host come inside with the host and the guest dicuss about the contents. Also, they all go ouside to find something interesting. They also really do something during the podcast making. This all methods make the topic more fun and alive. This podcast is thirty minutes long.
