1. I don't know exactly what memorializing policy means. But, I don't want someone to access my blog without my permission. Only when the policy admits someone to show her/his grief on the blog or face, I think that's OK.
2. NO. I don't have. But, I've seen a celebrities' blog running after she died. In her case, one of her family members run her blog just for sharing their good memories.
